Real ale is
now on in the Carlton
in Llandudno with Tetley Bitter, Thwaites Lancaster Bomber and
a guest beer such as Shepherd Neame Rudolph’s Revenge now
available. Staying in Llandudno real ale has re-appeared in
the Parade. A
solitary handpump dispenses a beer from the Montgomeryshire
based Monty’s brewery – an unusual site in this area! Also in
Llandudno we would like to welcome new licensees Tom and Carol
to the Queen Victoria.
Beers such as Banks’s Bitter, Marstons Pedigree, Wychwood
Hobgoblin and a guest beer.are served here.
In Conwy,
the new licences at the
Bridge are Jim and Jaz. Beers from the Marstons
range such as Banks’s Bitter, Marston’s Bitter and Jennings
Cocker Hoop are on sale here and kept in excellent condition.
Welcome also
to Andy Milligan who is now running the
Mountain View in
Mochdre. More Marston’s beer on sale here with Bitter,
Pedigree and the occasional guest.
Fancy a
Belgian beer? Then head for the
Penrhyn Arms in
Penrhynside which now has a range of Belgian bottled ales such
as: Manneblusser 6%, Petrus Bruin 6.5%, Slapmutske Christmas
7.4%, Lucifer 8%, Gouden Carolus 8.5% and Gouden Carolus
Christmas 10.5%. There is an occasional draught beer too, most
recently Barbar Winterbok 8%.
And lastly,
a handpump was recently seen at
Venue Cymru in
Llandudno. It was dispensing Nadolig Hoppus (Hoppy Christmas)
from the Conwy brewery.
